Here we have yet again wonderful examples of a German technical writer (or at least a regular writer trying desperately to sound technical) leaving out prepositions that can apparently be readily understood by other native Germans.

I, however, am always unsure of the relationship between the words!

If someone could provide some German prepositions between the words or explain the relationship between the words, that would suffice--I don't necessarily need the words translated. These are all from a big list of symbols and what those symbols stand for.

Axiale Wandstärke Schnappnase Führungsring (Wandstärke of the Schnappnase on/of the Führungsring?)

Innendurchmesser Aussparung Kappe (Inner diameter of Aussparung ist klar ... on the/of the Kappe?)
