    up-to-date on OR up-to-date about?

    Kommentar
..., which is recommended to those readers who want to keep themselves up-to-date on/about(?) XXXX.

XXXX is in this case the name of a scientific programme.
    Thanks for any help!

On. "I'm up to date on the latest programme developments", for example.

In the interest of all who use this thread for future reference: it is neither "on" nor "about" but "with" that is needed here.

LONGMAN DCE example: Our magazine will keep you up-to-date with fashion.

No alternative is offered, therefore with is the preposition you ought to stick with...

    all the best, Chrysopteron
