Die Aussage 'ich agiere nicht nur unparteiisch, ...' wäre im deutschen Kontext strenggenommen allerdings auch schon falsch. Denn ich agiere nie unparteiisch, immer allparteilich.

Aber zurück zur Frage: Zugänglichkeit von 'omnipartial(ity)'

Würde man diese Erklärung verstehen?:

Omnipartiality is made up of 'omni' and 'partiality'.

Partiality comes from the Lat. 'pars' resp. 'partialitas' and means 'part' resp. 'participation'.

If one speaks of conflicting parties in the context of mediation, then the parts of the conflict are meant. Or in other words: The people, that are participating in a conflict.

If one speaks of the ability of a mediator, what is meant is his ability to engage with the conflicting parties.

Omni also comes from the Lat. and means something like everyone, all.

Accordingly, when the mediator is spoken of omnipartiality, then nothing else is meant than an attitude of the mediator who is friendly towards all parties to the conflict.

Erste Verbesserungsvorschläge:

the parts of the conflict are meant ---> this means the parties to the conflict

Or in other words: The people, that are participating in a conflict. ---> Das Komma ist auf jeden Fall nicht richtig; ich würde aber diesen kompletten Satz weglassen.

Wenn ich mir eine Kritik erlauben darf: Die Erklärung ist gut gemeint, aber IMHO viel zu lang.

Meine Frage: Auch wenn nicht gängig im englischen Sprachgebrauch im Kontext der Mediation, wäre 'omnipartial' bzw. 'omnipartiality' vom Wort her eingängig genug, um die Erklärung der Bestandteile zu erklären, um daraus die Bedeutung abzuleiten?

- Google suggests that "omnipartiality" is already established jargon in relation to mediation.

- I agree that "omni" and "partiality" are sufficiently well understood to form the basis of an explanation for people (like me) who had never heard of the term.

- The draft in #5 needs to be completely rewritten, however. As already suggested, you need to shorten it and get help from an English native speaker.
