    LEO offers quite a few possibilities, in this case I think "affectionately " or "lovingly" probably fits best, depending, as ever, on context.

    Kann ich dann als ganzen Satz sagen:

    "she treats her brother with loving care. she consoles him when he’s sad and she laughs with him when he’s doing well." ?

    Irgendwas hört sich da komisch an :/
