I also thought of banshee, but I ignored it ;-).

Ich hab mich auch falsch ausgedrückt, es geht eigentlich um das passivische "der zu bannende". Deshalb finde ich, dass "banned (one)" nicht passt. Vielleicht ist das aber auch Haarspalterei :-).

@ Trudy: That's not what I want. I actually need a term saying "a person about to be banned". That's it.

"to be banned/blocked". I don't think we can squeeze it any shorter than that.
