    English missing

    Entweder-oder / Sowohl-als-auch (als Nomen)

    Subject

    Entweder-oder / Sowohl-als-auch (als Nomen)

    Context/ examples
Nicht das Entweder-oder wird den Kommunikationsmix von morgen prägen, sondern das Sowohl-als-auch.
    Comment
    Preliminary translation:
The communication mix of tomorrow will not be characterized by an "either-or” mentality, but by a "both-and” mode of thought.

Could you help me, please! This construction seems quite awkward to me.

As a native English-speaker, I see no problem with boy-girl's first attempt. Rather better what Werner's offering, I have to say. In fact, rather better than I would have come up with myself!

Well, OK, but looking at the website, I conclude that Rev. Dr. Lawrence R. Rast, Jr. does not actually write very good English, and I still prefer boy-girl's original offering.
