Not quite.
My first reaction was that this is not a word, and the author has mistakenly used this instead of 'fecundity' which means Fruchtbarkeit.
In checking SEs, I found 1500 hits, very many of which are from non-native speakers, which seemed to support my hypothesis. Searching for only sites which have *both* words on it, however, I found that there is a distinction, e.g.:
http://www.soc.duke.edu/~pmorgan/lectures/9-1... and describes your topic word as "the monthly probability of conception given no contraception and regular intercourse." This is not the same as 'fecundity', also defined on that page.
Thus fecunability has a probabilistic definition, not a physiological one. This page also has a version:
