Radio broadcasts by BFBS over the years ...

Hello, as listener to BFBS (British Forces Broadcasting Services) in Germany I often hear these two abbreviations. I figured that they might mean:
NAAFI: Navy, Army & Air Force Institute/ion and
R&R: Rest and Recuperation.
Can somebody correct me or confirm my interpretation? Thanks.
