    Sicherunsabgang

    [Elek.]
    Quellen
    Der Sicherungsabgang ist ... auf der Klemmleiste aufzulegen.

    Has to do with wiring of a fuse. I'm afraid I'm not familiar enough with electrical wiring to know what part of the fuse is meant. Feeder? Reduction? Is simply one end (downstream?) of the fuse meant?

    fused outgoing circuit / fuseway
    Explanation:
    Both lifted straight out of the Siemens FWB Industrielle Elektrotechnik.

    The fuse's outgoing circuit is to be connected to the terminal strip.

    I would have thought the Abgang was just the "outgoing end" of the fuse.
    Would the fuse itself have an outgoing circuit, Leonhard?

    Thanks for the suggestions, guys (and gals)!

    I'm a little unsure about "fused outgoing circuit" as the hits all seem to be from translation sites, likewise about "fuse's outgoing circuit" because of what Anne mentioned.

    The "downstream" or "outgoing" end of the fuse gets some decent hits though from car stereo junkies' forums and the like. :-}

    Ok, to be reeeally precise:
    The fuse's outgoing end | terminal | wire | connection | whatever is to be connected to the terminal strip.
    I just thought circuit sounded more appropriate than the above.
    No, I did not have complex circuitry in mind. ;-)
