    This comes from an advertising contract. I can't think of a good way to translate the last sentence. ...provided that this exceeds one hour altogether?

    I don't know the English word for it, but it means that they have to be informed if the server is out of order for more than one hour without interruption (NOT for 10 mins in the morning, 15 for lunch, 20 later and so on, adding up to an hour)

    irgendwie so was basteln:

    .... period exceeding one hour (of) continuous duration

    "...out of order for a period exceeding one hour..." I'd say (a period of one hour/two days etc. implies "zusammenhängend").
