    Guten Abend,

    kann mir da bitte jemand eine gute Übersetzung bieten? Ich habe bei "winch" im Leo-Wörterbuch nachgesehen, aber das dort angeführte, angeblich deutsche Wort "winschen" sagt mir absolut nichts. Ich kenne es nicht und kann mir auch nicht wirklich etwas vorstellen. :(

    Mein schwacher Versuch:
    "Die Brücke wurde an ihre Position gehievt" - würde das passen?

    "hieven" find' ich hier gar nicht mal schlecht ... oder gar "schwach" ...
