    ich verbinde das mit einem unbedingten Beschützerinstinkt für die Jungen. Also nichts äußerliches.
    Aber ob das zoologisch auch so abgesichert ist, weiß ich nicht...

    Ich versteh das auch als "extrem kämpferische, äußerst resolute Dame". Also das Gegenteil der "high-toned woman".

    This is metaphorical, IMO. He grew up wild so no human can control him, especially not one who talks all fancy.
