    Wurde übersetzt als: "... how I might still make my misled life useful to my family ..." Das erscheint mir als nicht treffend. Gibt es nichts Bessers? Vielleicht "bungled", "botched"?

    Übrigens ein Beispiel dafür, wie schwer Freud zu übersetzen ist. Je besser jemand schreibt, umso schwerer ist die Übersetzung. Heine schau owa. Sorry für OT.
