    Diese Passage stammt aus einem Mietvertrag - kann jemand zufällig etwas damit anfangen und mir sagen, wie man "compounded with quarterly rests" übersetzen könnte?

    "Interest" means interest at the Interest Rate (both before and after judgement) accruing on

    a daily basis and compounded with quarterly rests on the usual quarter days.

    Unfortunately, ‘rest’ does not refer to relaxation. It is simply defined as the time frame at which the principal amount is reduced as you repay the loan.

    Das bedeutet, dass Zins und Tilgung nicht jährlich, sondern vierteljährlich berechnet und abgerechnet werden.

    Es geht doch nur um die Termine der Zinsabrechnung (hier vierteljährlich).
