I have frequently commented on NOT using "anamnesis" in English - use "history".

Neither simple medics nor Ψ experts commonly use "anamnesis" in English.
Nor do I agree with “diagnosis” in this context: the Befund can be the findings or the report, the Befundaufnahme is the collection/recording of findings on examination, interviews, results of assessment tools, etc. on which the expert report – in this case, the “family assessment” – is based.
How about simply
“Expert family assessment
Findings obtained from relatives, acquaintances, institutions …”
