By the way, "yous" would probably be pronounced "youz".
This is a homophone with the 2nd person plural pronoun (z.B. ihr/Sie auf Deutsch) in some dialects. Dictionary: youse
I'd be tempted to write that as "I's and you's" -- certainly it seems like the "I" there should be capitalized, and of course "is" looks like the very common English word.
Regarding using an apostrophe to form plurals, here is some hedged advice that seems like it might, at least, permit it in a case like this. But it's not 100% clear:
