Comment		right to dispense medication sounds ok to me, without the "medication" (or medicines) it sounds odd. I would not understand it to mean that a doctor had a right to dispense medication they themselves had produced or compounded (as in OP "herstellen, mischen"). The case described, authorisation for physicians to dispense one specific medication, sounds more like a case of lifting the prohibition on dispensing medication than the granting of a right. But I suppose the context may make the switch of perspective important.
