....will be paid out pro rated in the month of November to the office employees

Könnte man dies wie folgt übersetzen? DANKE!

... wird den Angestellten jeweils anteilig im November gezahlt.

    Vorschlagactually, it's "prorated"

This was misspelled in the English. To "prorate" something is best explained by example. Say I were to pay you $30/month for working for me. (cheap wages, I know) If you only worked 27 days, I would "prorate" the $30/month wage for the number of days you worked, in this case, 27. It means to take into account an incomplete number of something. Another example - I get an insurance policy on, say, a car. The insurance policy is for 1 year. In the 11th month I add another car to the policy. The insurance company will charge me a "prorated" rate of what the new car would cost to insure by itself ($X /12) and charge me that 1/12 rate, which is prorated. Alles klar?
