kann ich auch schreiben: I wish to thank you that you are as you are !!

oder ist das nicht ganz so korrekt?

Man würde es verstehen, aber so spricht man nicht. Ob's wirklich inkorrekt ist? Ich glaube schon, das "to thank you that you". Ich meine, man sagt z.B. nicht "I wish to thank you that you helped me" sondern "I wish to thank you for helping me".

No, you can't say "... that you are as you are". (Nor "what you are".)
