    If a contracted haulier misses an assiged time window, then the unloading time is not longer gauranteed.

    These are called time windows in English. For example, if the time window is 13:00-14:00, then if the vehicle is there by 13:00 it will be unloaded by 14:00, otherwise there is a demurrage charge due. Note BE ahulier, AE hauler.

    Experience has shown that Timo should not be trusted. I've seen plenty of threads where the man is wrong but simply won't admit it.
