    I don't know what stecks are supposed to be, but swimmies are "Schwimflügel". It sounds like a play on the saying "all hands on deck" which is often given in an emergency situation to call everyone up or out to help. There must be a similar German phrase.

    Houw about you tell us where it is from, and maybe we can help. Schwimflügel an Deck makes little sense to me in either language.
