Not really. Outlined if you must, but why not just the red box? Surely there's not another one on the page that's solid red?

on a red background - highlighted in red
on a neutral background - in a red box

Highly unlikely that the distinction would ever arise, except in a table or pie chart that would in any case be keyed to a visual legend.
