I am from the UK and have never seen "roueting" in my life, nor can I find it in any online dictionaries. This is definitely a mistake.

Isn't "routeing" just another, rarer British spelling of the verb "routing" (which is also used in BE)? Is "routing" perhaps used in this context as the system is from the US? (I thought "sort code" was the more common term in the UK?)

I'd never heard of it either, Sally, but it does exist. It does seem to be used in shipping. I have found several pages, and here's one that looks pretty official

It also seems to be used in computing, though you never know when people writing in forums are making spelling mistakes.

But it's definitely not correct in this context (banking).

As CM2DD has said, BLZ means sort code in BE. This is always on my bank statements.

BLZ is "sort code", at least in the UK. And it's normally six figures in groups of two, hyphenated.
