    'stow' usually means on board a ship - that's not the case at all. A stowaway, for instance, can be a "blind passenger" on a boat, a plane, a train, etc. You can also stow things in your garage/shed/attic/basement, etc.I'm ot sure what exactly is going on here, though. An Essenswagen? Do you mean everything is stowed (away) in the dining car of a train?
