This case study included overall cost reduction for modules and improvement of surface quality amongst the key success factors in addition to a successfully implemented modular paneling concept.

    Correct?

Bitte den englischen Satz verständlicher umstellen.

Keine dt.

e.g. this is how I understand it
this case study takes into account overall cost reduction/s as well as improvement/s to the surface quality, (both) key factors in the successful implementation of the/(a) modular panelling concept.

Your sentence would be at least clear to understand.
But he wants to say that there are several key (success) factors (which are explained/included in this case study): overall cost reduction, improvement of surface quality, and also a modular paneling (AE) concept (which has been yet implemented).

I said the way I understand it - you obviously know more than this one mangled sentence

LOL this is horrible English to begin with. It needs an English translation as well. It sounds like corporatese.

Tja, .....
