    Source Language Term

Für etwaige Rufbereitschaften, Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen sowie Nachtarbeit finden die bankseitig in den standardisierten Konditionsrahmen-bedingungen kommunizierten Zuschläge Anwendung law

    Correct?

For possible call duties, work on weekends or holidays as well as nights, the allowances in the standardized framework of terms and conditions by the bank apply.

    This is a contract.

Is the translation correct or does it need to be completely rephrased?

Deine Version liest sich für mich so, als solle für Rufbereitschaften an Wochenenden und Feiertagen gearbeitet werden.

As well as is not a synonym for and
As well as cannot be used to mean and. The expression X as well as Y  means not only Y but also X (note that X and Y are reversed). While and simply conjoins two (or more) expressions, as well as places unequal emphasis on the two expressions — the expression preceding as well as carries a stronger emphasis than the expression following it.
John, as well as Mary, came to the party. [not only Mary but also John; emphasis on John]
The programme aims to recruit Sami students as well as students from other countries. [not only students from other countries but also Sami students; emphasis on Sami students]

I don't see that. It's just a list, but I would change the OP's version to "...call duties and work on weekends, holidays and nights..." or #2 to "... and weekend, holiday and night work..." (see article cited and linked above for why I took out "as well as")

Also, unless it's an AE/BE difference (no indication of that for the entries in LEO), I know the term to be "on-call duty" (and I had more than enough of that a couple of careers ago!).

I was about to write that the BE term would certainly be on-call duties, but I wasn't sure whether AE might use "call duties". hbberlin has preempted that.

It's nice, however, to get confirmation from both sides that the LEO entries are correct.

on-call duties in AE as well. call duties sounds like the job involves making phone calls (during regular hours).
