Similar to Penguin's suggestion, you could just say that you "...really enjoy working with children...." (or something to that effect). Working in this sense has a slightly different meaning, as opposed to a job or employment.
Do leave out the words like sociable or relating to sociability. Other people might say that about you, that you are a sociable person. But it raises an eyebrow when you make such a statement to someone who has never met you.
As others have commented, your sentence suggests that you are more sociable towards / with children than adults. Not a good idea when you have adult co-workers or have to meet with the children's parents.
If you really want to keep that statement, then maybe you are "...sociable with people of all ages, both children and adults (grown-ups)."
Another option is that you "...get along (gut auskommen) really well with children..." or something to that effect.
