Presently we would to perform the following works ( as marked in the attachment ) and postpone to a later stage and plan the installation of XYZ.

    Correct?

is my German translation correct. The background information is to tell a car mechanic to postpone expensive not key maintenance works to later time and perform only the key listed maintenance works . Kindly help in checking the bugs in the translation

Presently we would (like? ask you??) to perform the following works ( as marked in the attachment ) and postpone to a later stage (what?) and plan the installa[tion of XYZ.

Wo gehört dieses "and plan the installation" hin?

English vermutlich: Presently we would perform the following work and postpone (planning) the installation of XYZ to a later stage.

@Gibson: There still seems to be something missing between would and perform in your version of the English.

I don't understand why. To me, the second part of the if-sentence is implied:

We would perform xyz now (if you agree) and do abc later. That's how I read it, anyway. Not the most elegant English, but I didn't want to entirely change the OP sentence. Can you not say that?

Dann ergibt 'we would like you to' natürlich sehr viel mehr Sinn.
