Several things were left unclear above:
1.) bis einschließlich = up to and including This is the standard phrase in English.
Up to and including the age of ten includes 10 year-olds.
2.) One sleeps in a bed, but on a cot. A cot is very basic and often has no mattress: Feldbett, Campingliege.
A baby sleeps in a crib, which has a fence (Gitter) not on a cot, unless it is, in fact, a Campingliege / Feldbett.
A 'roll-away' bed [AE] or a 'put-u-up' [BE] is the item a hotel brings into a room to accommodate or 'put up' extra guests.
The u in put-u-up is short for you. Similar: U-drive truck rental service, etc.
