CM2DD, ich verstehe nicht ganz worauf Du hinaus willst. Meinst Du, dass "to interfere with sb." ausschließlich die euphemistische sexuelle Bedeutung hat? Gälte das auch für AE?

No, as far as I know it doesn't have that special meaning of 'sexually abuse so.' in AE. So that sense should be listed in LEO, and marked [Brit.]

But I don't think we normally use a person as the object of the verb 'interfere with' at all, or at least, not significantly often enough to make it worth an entry in the dictionary. If there's a person involved, you would normally use the possessive with another noun: interfere in/with someone (else)'s affairs, business, etc.

It's definitely a misleading entry as it now stands, as the query from today shows (see link above).

#1 - in BE "interfere with so." only means molestation, except in the phrase with "witnesses", see above, and even then you wouldn't say "The judge ruled that the Mrs Brown had been interfered with" in BE, as it sounds as if someone has molested Mrs Brown.

That's the only context I can think of where you would say "interfere with someone". You can't translate "Sie hat uns gestört" as "she interfered with us", or "Die laute Musik hat uns gestört" as "the loud music interfered with us" - the first means "she molested us" and the second makes no sense at all, apart from sounding vaguely rude. The euphemistic meaning of "interfere with so." clashes too strongly with "disturb", if it was ever used that way about people.
