    He's got a skew smile.
    He smiles skewly.

Is it correct to describe a smile as skewed or is it crooked or something else?
    Thanks!

    schiefes Lächeln

    Context/ examples
He'd been caught looking at his girlfriend's sister in a way which said more than 'hello'. She'd slapped him in the face.

He packed his things and left, with a wry smile on his face. Maybe it would have been more tactful to keep his mouth shut, but she did look fantastic in that top....

tim, you should read more romance novels...
from a website called "romancing the christian heart", no less (Sachen gibts!):

Mac gave her a lopsided smile. "Well, Carol, it looks like our first official date
... Mac nodded, smiling that lopsided smile Carly was beginning to love. ...

try lopsided+smile for a Google search, you will be enlighted...although some of these hundreds of lopsided smiles that pop up do indeed seem to be the result of injury.
