Through a game here (
related discussion: Six-Gear-Rätsel ) I realised that the LEO entries are not really consistent.
If you search for Tüte, you'll find "joint" mentioned under the verb phrases:
Dictionary: tüte spliff (Brit.) [sl.] die Tüte - Hasch [sl.]
Verben (2 of 2)
to roll a joint eine Tüte bauen [sl.]
to skin up [sl.] eine Tüte bauen [sl.]
With a search "joint" you'd have to scroll a long way down between
